The presence of plants in an interior space have a significant impact on design psychology. Whether the greenery is artificial or real, they bring a space to life.
Plants have so many benefits: improved productivity, improved air quality, reduced stress levels, better mental health, and an overall heightened sense of wellbeing. Exposure to natural elements enhances relaxation.
Biophilic design also incorporates other things like water features, natural light, organic materials. This type of design promotes human to nature connection in the built environment--building on the natural human inclination toward life.
Blurring the line between the natural world and the built environment not only enhances a space aesthetically, it introduces sensory enrichment. Promoting relaxation, studies have shown that access to nature can reduce blood pressure and is linked to lower risks for depression.
The aesthetic impact also correlates to properties having higher values.

Beautifully said! I loved working with you and how you added plants/nature to my living room!
